Andrey Rossin
I’m Andrey Rossin, a licensed Florida real estate broker and the CEO of Cashflow in Miami Realty. I have worked in South Florida real estate since 2003, and my focus is luxury residences, pre-construction developments and land.
During the 2008–09 financial crisis I turned to investment strategies and the long-term performance of assets. Since then I have helped clients around the world buy and sell income property with their investment goals in mind, and many of them stay with me for years, as buyers and as sellers.
Land is the part of this business I enjoy most. From raw acreage to infill lots along growing corridors, I look at what a parcel can become and how an owner gets out of it.
I like finding a way through deals others have written off, and I stay open to more than one point of view until the plan and the numbers agree. You work with me directly, and I keep working with you for years after the closing.
